Eltomation B.V. of Barneveld, The Netherlands, supplies turnkey production lines and services for the production of various types of Wood Cement Boards.

With over 65 years of experience and a worldwide supply of over 160 complete plants and projects, Eltomation is playing a leading role in the field of Wood Cement Board Production Technologies.

Our company was founded in 1956 by Mr. G.J. (Gerry) van Elten and activities in this field were continued from 1992 on under the name of Eltomation BV by his sons and current owners Paul and Bert van Elten. We are proud to be supporting our international clients as a (now third-generation) family-owned company during these decades.

Eltomation supplies turnkey plants and equipment for the production of the following Wood Cement Boards and Products:

Wood Wool Cement Board (WWCB):

The WWCB Product range includes:

  • Standard Wood Wool Cement Boards (WWCB);
  • Acoustic WWCB (decorative and sound absorbing ceiling boards);
  • Composite WWCB (sandwich boards with a core sheet of Polystyrene, PU-foam, Rockwool or other insulating material);
  • Reinforced WWCB (roofing boards);

Large Wood Wool Cement Wall Elements:

  • Full-size prefab Wall Elements of up to 6 m x 3 m x 30 – 50 cm thickness with high thermal insulation and thermal storage capacity

Wood Strand Cement Board (WSCB) – EltoBoard:

  • High density board (1100 kg/m³) with structural strength for general construction purposes
    Note: WSCB/EltoBoard can be produced on a Combined WWCB/WSCB plant.

Cement Bonded Particle Board (CBPB):

CBPB is a general construction board for a wide range of exterior and interior applications.
Unlike the other 3 Wood Cement Products, as listed above, CBPB is not produced from long wood wool fibers but from small soft-wood particles.
The board is produced as a high-density board, providing structural strength and impact resistance.

Wood Cement Boards and Products have an excellent resistance to fire, moisture, rot, vermin, fungi and termites and are easy workable.

In addition to supplying turnkey new plants, Eltomation upgrades existing plants by integrating new technologies and the latest PLC-based Electronic Controls System to increase capacity, product quality and performance, while reducing labour requirements.
