Eltomation is proud to announce the successful modernization of Knauf Insulation’s Wood Wool Cement Board (WWCB) production line at their Simbach facility. The upgrade includes the installation of a new generation Separating Saw and Stacking Press, as well as a state-of-the-art Robotic Core Destacking and Feeding System.

Eltomation has secured a significant contract to supply a full-scope Wood Wool Cement Board (WWCB) plant to a new customer, STIGA RM. Known for its strong presence in forestry products and plywood industry, STIGA RM is expanding into the production of high-end acoustic and decorative boards with this greenfield project.
The plant, designed and delivered by Eltomation, will incorporate the latest in WWCB technology, renowned for producing durable, fire-resistant, and sustainable building materials. This new venture aligns with both companies’ goals of advancing innovative, eco-friendly construction solutions.
STIGA RM’s new facility will boost its manufacturing capabilities, enabling the company to meet growing demand for premium acoustic and decorative boards, both locally and internationally.

Eltomation has recently supplied the first ELTOMATIC CVS-16 Rotating Wood Wool Machine, which will be solely used for the purpose of producing high quality Wood Wool for Packaging.
The ELTOMATIC will contribute to the supply of high quality wood wool to the various packaging lines at constant high capacity. The eco-friendly wood wool of Fibreries is applied in amongst others food and wine packaging and sold in a wide variety of packaging solutions.

Eltomation has been awarded a major contract for the turn-key supply of a full-scope WWCB Plant to its existing client CEWOOD, SIA, Latvia.
The new (greenfield) WWCB Plant will contribute to a substantial increase of the plant capacity at Cewood’s plant location in Jaunlaicene, Aluksne Region, Latvia, by having the new line be added to the existing operation. This expansion meets the ambitious international growth of the company to triple the current plant capacity in the coming few years, in order to keep up with market demand.
This fully-automated WWCB Plant includes amongst others the Eltomatic CVS-16 Wood Wool Machine and the latest design Forming Line for the production of high-quality acoustic & decorative boards. Various new developments are included.
Customer: Troldtekt A/S (Kingspan Group)
Location: Denmark
Eltomation has been awarded a major contract for the turn-key supply of a full-scope WWCB Plant to its client Troldtekt A/S in Denmark.
The new (greenfield) WWCB Plant will contribute to a substantial increase of the plant capacity at Troldtekt’s plant location in Troldhede, Denmark. This expansion meets the ambitious international growth of the Sustainable Insulation Products under the new ownership of Kingspan Group.
This fully-automated WWCB Plant includes amongst others 2 Eltomatic CVS-16 Wood Wool Machines and the latest design Forming Line for the production of high-quality acoustic & decorative boards. Various new developments are included.
Customer: Dietrich Isol AG

Eltomation has been awarded a contract for the supply of an additional Eltomatic Wood Wool Machine to its Swiss client Dietrich Isol AG.
The new and more advanced Eltomatic allows Dietrich Isol to further expand the production capacity of its WWCB Plant.
Customer: FRAGMAT H
Location: Croatia

Eltomation has been awarded an international tender contract to implement a major upgrade of the Dosing and Mixing Group at FRAGMAT H, Croatia.
This plant upgrade will include a new Wood Wool Spreading and Dosing System, in combination with a new Cement & Limestone Dosing System and Double Shaft Mixing Operation. The new PLC Controls system will be expanded throughout other plant operations as well.
Installation is scheduled for the spring/summer of 2022.
Customer: Celenit s.r.l. Isolanti Termoacustici

In addition to the recently supplied new Mixer and Wet Wood Wool Spreading and Conveying System, Eltomation will supply a new Submersion Unit to Celenit’s plant operation.
The 3 partial projects will be integrated into one final Dosing and Mixing system, improving the overall board quality and plant efficiency.

Eltomation has recently supplied a new Intelligent Wood Block Saw and been given the task for the integration of an Electrical Control System on the existing WWCB Plant of Träullit. The new Block Saw assists Träullit in its goals to further automate its production process.

Eltomation has recently supplied an ELTOMATIC CVS-16 Rotating Wood Wool Machine to the WWCB Plant of ISOLITH, Austria.
The ELTOMATIC will contribute to an overall capacity increase and safer working environment at ISOLITH’s plant, meanwhile securing an increased plant efficiency.
