Eltomation will be implementing at Träullit, Sweden a major upgrade of the Wood Wool Submersion, Spreading and Weighing System. This upgrade will be complemented with a new Cement Dosing System and Double Shaft Mixing Operation. A new PLC system will be provided as well. Installation is scheduled for the summer of 2021.

In addition to the recently supplied new Mixer, Eltomation will supply a new Wet Wood Wool Spreading and Conveying System to Celenit’s plant operation.
This technology will contribute to a more homogenous mixture and thereby overall better board quality.

As part of the ongoing plant modernizations at our client CEWOOD, Eltomation has been awarded a contract for the supply and commissioning of a new Limestone Dosing System.
This plant modernization will assist the Client to reduce its operational cost by reducing the cement consumption. The upgrade will furthermore contribute to a smaller CO2 footprint of the production process and products.

Eltomation has been awarded a contract for the supply of an additional Eltomatic CVS-16 Wood Wool Machine to its client OOO Fibroplit. The expansion follows the decision to expand the production capacity of the WWCB Plant. Another benefit of adding such 2nd Eltomatic is “the flexibility of also using small diameter Spruce”, according to the Director, Mr. Alexander Sokolov.

Eltomation is to supply a 2nd ELTOMATIC CVS-16 Rotating Wood Wool Machine to the WWCB Plant of Takemura, Japan to further expand the production capacity and increase the grade of automation.

Eltomation has been awarded a contract for the upgrading of the existing S5 PLC Control System to the new S7-TIA standards (hardware and software).

Eltomation has been awarded a major contract for the turn-key supply of a full-scope WWCB Plant to CFMK, Cherepovets, Russia, as part of expansion of its product range.
This fully-automated WWCB Plant includes amongst others the Eltomatic CVS-16 Wood Wool Machine and the latest design Double Forming Machine. The Plant is furthermore provided with a Full Finishing Line. Plant capacity: over 12.000 m² finished boards per day.
The line will be operated under a new entity at CFMK, being OOO Fibroplit and will be installed on a new green-field industrial site in Cherepovets.
