Eltomation is to supply a 2nd ELTOMATIC CVS-16 Rotating Wood Wool Machine to the WWCB Plant of Takemura, Japan to further expand the production capacity and increase the grade of automation.
Eltomation has recently been awarded the contract to supply of a new Hydraulic Stacking Press and Mould Feeding Conveyors, incl. integration of the Electrical Control System on the existing WWCB Plant (W1) as parts of Troldtekt’s continuous further plant improvements.

Eltomation has recently supplied a new Submersion Unit and Salt Solution Dosing Unit, incl. integration of the Electrical Control System on the existing WWCB Plant. This Plant upgrade has contributed to a further improvement of the overall board quality at CEWOOD.

Eltomation has been awarded a major contract for the turn-key supply of a full-scope WWCB Plant to CFMK, Cherepovets, Russia, as part of expansion of its product range.
This fully-automated WWCB Plant includes amongst others the Eltomatic CVS-16 Wood Wool Machine and the latest design Double Forming Machine. The Plant is furthermore provided with a Full Finishing Line. Plant capacity: over 12.000 m² finished boards per day.
The line will be operated under a new entity at CFMK, being OOO Fibroplit and will be installed on a new green-field industrial site in Cherepovets.
Customer: Troldtekt S/A Location: Denmark Finalized in: Spring 2019
Eltomation has been awarded a major contract for the turn-key supply of a full-scope WWCB Plant to Troldtekt. The Plant will more than double the current plant capacity of Troldtekt at its plant location in Troldhede, Denmark.
This fully-automated WWCB Plant includes amongst others 2 sets of Eltomatic CVS-16 Wood Wool Machine and the latest design Double Forming Machine for the production of high-quality acoustic & decorative boards. Various new developments are included. Plant capacity is based on 13.200 m² finished boards per day.
Eltomation has stared its activities on the supply of a new Wood Wool Submersion, Spreading and Weighing System to further automate the WWCB Plant and increase the overall board quality at Troldtekt’s WWCB Plant.
AMROC has recently awarded Eltomation with a contract for the modernisation and implementation of the PLC Control Systems at its CBPB Plant operation in Magdeburg, Germany.
