Eltomation has been awarded a major contract for the turn-key supply of a complete “Finishing Line” for WWCB and EltoBoard at its Client Building Innovations Ltd., Russia.  The new Finishing Line will contribute to the fully-automated operations of Board Drying, Thickness Calibration, Trimming & Profiling, Spray painting, incl. associated handling equipment and control system. The Finishing Line will be installed next to the 2 Main WWCB Production lines, which have been supplied by Eltomation in previous years.

Eltomation has been awarded a major contract for the turn-key supply of a complete plant for the production of 60 cm WWCB/EltoBoard. This Plant will double the current plant capacity at Building Innovations Ltd. at its plant location in Vladimir Region, Russia.

This plant will enable the production of over 12.000 m² finished board per day. The line is designed to produce both low-density acoustic WWCB as well as the medium-density EltoBoard.

Eltomation has secured a contract for the turn-key supply of a complete plant for the production of 60 cm WWCB and EltoBoard. Such modern WWCB Plant will be the first in its kind in the territory of Russia. Products will be for both the domestic market as well as for export to Western Europe. This plant will enable the production of over 12.000 m² finished board per day.
